Property Vision - Peerless Property Expertise
The aim of this project was to reinvigorate the property-focused company’s look & feel to truly reflect their specialist expertise within the market.
The time-poor client base was targeted, with newly developed brand and marketing comms.
From their website to industry-leading thought pieces Property Vision would be vaildated as the go-to partner for premium investments, reflecting the superior service they had been offering for over 30 years.
The Brochures
A suite of custom designed prints were created to highlight each area of expertise the company specialised in.
These were held in an embossed sleeve. This allowed the collateral handed to potential clients to be tailored to their specific needs.
The designs for each of the prints were based on a grid system, inspired by the geometric lines of an architect’s drawings. The copy and text was arranged around the grid, creating a range of dynamic layouts that worked well alone or in a set of six.
